From M1 Motorway: Leave M1 at exit 29, go to Chesterfield, then on A619 to BASLOW. Following the Stockport and A6 signs, take A623 to CHAPEL-EN-LE-FRITH. On the outskirts of Chapel-en-le-frith, at the first roundabout on the dual carriageway, follow the Chinley signs. Ignoring the Hayfield/Glossop A623 turnoff, continue into Chinley which is a sprawling village on the B6062. NB It is 2 miles from the first Chinley village sign you will see to the turn-off on the sharp left hand bend by the large stone Victorian apartment building on your left. (see map) Turn sharp right here, across the traffic on the corner and follow the road across the railway line to the war memorial. Turn left at this 'T' junction up Stubbins Lane
It is 1/3 mile from the War memorial to the first fork marked with a "no through road" sign which is the turn off to our farm. (From Chesterfield to the farm takes 45 mins).

From the M6 Motorway: Leave the M6 at junction 17 and go to MACCLESFIELD via the A534 and A536. Follow Stockport/Buxton signs across Macclesfield. At Tesco roundabout go straight across and follow white sign for B5470 to Chapel-en-le-frith. Travel 8 miles via Hurdsfield, Rainow and Kettleshulme to traffic lights on outskirts of Whaley Bridge. Go straight across, still on B5470, 2.7 miles to the outskirts of Chapel-en-le-frith. You will see a Chinley sign to the left near the 30 mph sign. Turn left, travelling 1.8 miles into Chinley, up past the shops and then follow map below. (From motorway to farm is approx 1hr - 20mins from Macclesfield)

From Manchester & Liverpool etc: Follow the signs for Stockport and Buxton which will take you onto the A6 on the far side of Stockport. Continue on the A6 though Hazel Grove, Disley and Furness Vale and after a long straight stretch of the A6 you will see a left hand turn to CHINLEY (B6062). This turn is very awkward and sharp and is just after a railway bridge over the road. Follow this road through Buxworth and on into Chinley (3 miles), then follow the map below. (From Stockport to the farm takes 30 mins out of rush hour)
